Client data — 6 years following the end of our engagement in line with UK legal and financial record-keeping requirements
All data can be removed immediately upon request

With trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including Google Workspace and Squarespace, who are contractually bound to handle data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR
